This notice explains what Dynamic Tech & Design Co., Ltd. (戴米克軟體科技有限公司, “Dynamic”, “we”) collects through dynamic.tw, why, how long we keep it, who processes it for us and what you can ask of us.
Who is responsible
Dynamic Tech & Design Co., Ltd., Taichung, Taiwan, decides how the personal data described here is used. You can reach us through the contact form.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address and message; your company, what you need and the project size if you give them; and the language of the page.
- Letter to Mick in the 3D office visit: your name, email address and message, your company if you give it, the visitor you chose, the rooms you walked through and where in the visit you opened the letter.
- With every enquiry or letter: your IP address and the time it was sent, so that we can recognise abuse.
- Server logs: the IP address, time and address of each request, kept for security for about a month.
You do not have to give us anything, but without a name, an email address and a message we cannot reply to you.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry and to talk about the work you asked about, and to keep the forms free of spam and abuse. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it and we do not send newsletters. Where the GDPR applies, the legal bases are the steps you asked for before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in protecting the forms (Art. 6(1)(f)).
How long we keep it
Enquiries arrive as emails in our company mailbox and stay there for as long as we need them to deal with the enquiry and any work that follows, unless you ask us to delete them and no law requires us to keep them.
A letter to Mick you have started but not sent stays in your own browser only (its local storage), for up to 7 days, and is deleted once it is sent. Nothing of it reaches us before you send it. The office visit also remembers your language, sound settings and whether you have seen its help, likewise only in your browser. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare, Inc. delivers this site (Cloudflare Tunnel and CDN), runs the Turnstile check on the forms, which looks at signals from your browser and device to tell people from bots, and counts visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies.
- Google LLC provides our email (Google Workspace), which receives and stores the enquiries.
These providers may process the data outside Taiwan, for example in the United States, under their own data protection terms. The fonts are served by this site itself, so no font service learns of your visit.
Your rights
Under Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act you may ask to see or get a copy of your data, to correct it, to have us stop collecting, processing or using it, and to delete it. Where the GDPR applies, you also have the rights to restriction, to object and to data portability, and you may complain to your data protection authority.
To use any of these rights, write to us through the contact form. We reply within 30 days.
Security
The site is served only over HTTPS, the forms are protected against bots and rate-limited, and only the people who handle enquiries can read them.
Changes
